Currently we don not send automatic updates on support tickets. If you would like to request an update on a logged support ticket, please contact your Partnerships Manager.
If you have submitted a feature idea/request, this will be investigated by our product team and potentially added to our roadmap. We do not typically share expected timelines for individual feature launches and uplifts, however you can request an update from your Partnerships manager who will share what information they can.
