NEW 'Assigned To Me' Toggle
Following excellent feedback from our customers, we have introduced a new filter which allows users to streamline their view to only incidents and tasks shared or assigned to them.
This enhances visibility for team leaders, dashboard operators, and admins, allowing them to manage both broader operations and specific issues that require their attention.

Customise Your Halo System with Key Labels
Maybe 'Incidents' isn't the right word for a particular Log. Perhaps 'Occurrences' would suit better? With Halo's custom Key Labels, you can personalise your system to your operations.

Create Custom Public Reporting Links
Our updated Public Reporting feature adds the ability to have multiple links for different incidents across multiple Logs.
Other Recent Updates
We've also made some minor feature improvements including:
- New and improved incident report PDF view
- Enhanced "Viewed By" Incidents Tab
- Resolved and closed comments are now included in incident updates
- Incident updates will now default scroll to the bottom of the screen
