How long will we store your data?

In the absence of any instructions to the contrary, then by default we will store any data you leave in the Halo System post your departure from us for up to six years. This is the minimum amount of time necessary to comply with retention of the data for a legitimate purpose, which in the case of the Halo System is to support any complaints records or investigations.
