We use MAL users to give Emergency Personnel controlled access to Incidents

"We've created a MAL user account which always gets added into incidents and issues when emergency services are alerted. We then put the login details behind a QR code which is always in the background, to easily and quickly share the log-in details with 3rd party Emergency Personnel who just scan it and log in upon arrival to get instant access to just their relevant incidents. It gives them a fantastic live picture of what's going on.

We did it last year during a medical emergency which required evacuation for the second ambulance team that arrived, and they said looking at the timings of the incident log and updates was really helpful."
