"By creating a button in Halo for 'Shift Handover Notes', our 24 hour controllers could very easily leave handover notes for the next person in our dashboard, where they could then come in, read any outstanding observations, and be fully up to speed to take on the next shift, and close off the notes - meaning should we need to, we could go back and see a record plotted against the shifts on any given day."
