Managing Production Requests Through Halo

"Making a form for production requests within Halo made it really easy to track and manage any requests made across the build, live & break phases of our event.

This could be logged, often with an image included of what was required, and could be instantaneously shared with our production manager and teams who could update the requestee directly in Halo.

This means we now have a log of all the requests, so we know what we might look to improve for next time, and it also massively helped with staff engagement on the system."
